By placing an order with Jubilee Beds, you are consenting to the terms and conditions outlined below, which apply to all products and services offered by us, whether through our website or telesales. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights as a customer..

  1. Overarching

1.1 Upon receiving your order confirmation, the company considers each order to be a binding contract. Acceptance or rejection of any order is at the discretion of the company.

1.2 When corresponding with us, please include your order confirmation number (delivery surname, name, and postcode).

1.3. The company reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time, including but not limited to payment methods, legislative changes, delivery, system capabilities, and other relevant topics.

1.4 Each item is covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty (as described in article 8).

1.5 Many items are delivered flat-packed and require assembly, which can be done even by inexperienced individuals. It is recommended to not make any arrangements with tradespeople until you have received and verified the new goods and that none of the pieces are damaged.

1.6 Do not dispose of or disassemble any existing furniture until the new goods are delivered, as the company is not liable for any failed deliveries outside of its control (as described in article 6).

1.7 All memory foam mattresses are vacuum-packed and rolled upon purchase

  1. Cancellation

2.1 To cancel or modify your order, please inform Jubilee Beds.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery of the products.

2.2 If the products have not yet been dispatched, it may take up to 5-10 business days for the money to be refunded to your account after cancellation.

2.3 If your order has already been dispatched with one of our courier partners and you want to cancel the delivery, you will be responsible for the delivery costs, which start at £29.00. This also applies to cases where you refuse delivery at the door without making prior arrangements.

  1. Exchanges and Returns

3.1 Our company does not offer refunds.

3.1.2 Once an item has been assembled, it cannot be returned, unless it is defective or incorrect, and it must be returned in its original packaging.

3.2 In case of a defective or incorrect item, we will need to verify this. Please note that providing clear photographs is your responsibility before arranging for a return or exchange.

3.3 If adequate evidence is provided, we will replace any incorrect or damaged items for you.

3.3.1 However, if an item is damaged due to misuse or mishandling, your warranty will be void, and we will not replace it.

3.4.1 Used mattresses are not eligible for return.

3.4.2 We are not responsible for items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, consumer damage, negligence, or damage caused by a third party.

3.4.3 We are not liable for any damage caused by your failure to follow assembly instructions or personal repairs or modifications.

  1. Collections

4.1 The collection of items will take place at the delivery address, unless otherwise agreed. The collection date will be determined at our discretion, with efforts made to accommodate your schedule.

4.2 If you are unable to be present for the collection on the agreed-upon date, even if you have arranged for another person to take your place, you must inform us via email.

4.3 Please note that you are legally responsible for taking reasonable care of the products you have received, including keeping all original packaging. Failure to do so may result in us seeking compensation from you.

  1. Item Description and Specification

5.1 The photographs, illustrations, sizes, and descriptions displayed on our website or packaging are intended to give you a general idea of the products we offer. 5.1.1 We regularly update our product and service descriptions to provide the most accurate information possible. 5.1.2 Our products are manufactured in accordance with industry standards, including mattresses that comply with all UK fire safety regulations. 5.2 All products come with the specifications listed in the description. 5.2.1 While we strive to match colors and stitching to the finishes on the product, some variation may occur. 5.2.2 Colors may vary slightly due to weather conditions. 5.2.3 While the mattress dimensions remain the same, the body of the mattress may differ from the one shown in the product image (in 5.2.1). 5.2.4 Unless otherwise stated, all Divan beds come with a basic headboard, similar to the one shown in Image 2 or 3, rather than the one depicted in the main image, unless it has been specifically ordered. 5.3 As all website photos are digital, they may appear slightly different depending on the media and settings used to view them. 5.4 In rare cases, we may provide items that differ slightly from the description and specifications but are otherwise identical to the item you ordered if unforeseeable circumstances prevent shipment of the requested item..

  1. Orders

6.1 Upon delivery, the responsibility of the items lies with you.

6.2 During the exchange or collection of items 3 and 4, any storage charges incurred will not be our responsibility.

6.3 Memory mattresses are made with polyurethane and other chemicals which may cause them to emit a chemical odour upon delivery in a vacuum packed and rolled state. Since these are natural substances, it is advisable to let them air for at least two days, and in some cases up to seven days.

  1. Manufacturer’s Warranty of One Year

7.1 All of our items come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty that starts on the day you receive the delivery. However, there are some exceptions to this policy.

7.2.1 We will not be held liable for any damages resulting from your failure to follow the assembly instructions or for any personal repairs or modifications you make.

7.2.2 Any attempts to repair or reconstruct the items on your own will not be covered by the warranty.

7.2.3 Damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or the actions of a third party will also not be covered by the warranty.

7.2.4 You must provide appropriate proof or evidence of the damage for us to consider any warranty claims.

7.2.5 Items that have been assembled on a hard surface will not be covered by the warranty.

7.3 The warranty only covers manufacturing defects on the product, and we will replace the parts or goods in question during the warranty period. However, we reserve the right to decide whether to send out parts or replace the entire product. We will carefully review your issues and make an appropriate decision.   1. Force Majeure and Liability Limitation

8.1 Jubilee Beds.com shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any contractual obligations due to events or circumstances beyond our control.

8.2 Our liability, including but not limited to negligence and other losses, is restricted to the value of the order.

8.2.1 This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, consequential damages, expenses, lost income, third-party claims, and any other related damages
